The discussion will be focus on two questions: How do we move forward and take action as a community with the knowledge created? How can we enable decision-makers to take action?

Roundtable 2 - Assessing gender equality state-of-play in research and higher education - Organised by GEinCEE/Jagiellonian University
The discussion will center around the usage of the qualitative and quantitative data in diagnosis of inequalities and discrimination which is necessary for designing a Gender Equality Plan. The particular attention will be paid to GEAM (Gender Equality Audit and Monitoring tool) developed by the ACT project and its usage for the diagnosis. The discussion will be related to the policy brief prepared by the GEinCEE CoP on the basis of GEAM results in the CoP institutions.
